Citibank – iOS Dark Mode
About
Citibank is a global bank founded in 1812. The bank has 2,649 branches in 19 countries, including 723 branches in the United States. Towards the end of 2019 they brought their experience design team in-house and are improving customer experience across all their platforms.
Challenge
Maintain Citibank’s brand and ADA standards and requirements while user is on iOS dark mode.
Role
I was the Senior UI/UX Designer on the project, responsible for developing UI components and style guides.
I converted current designs for use in dark mode.
Solution
Apply ADA standards of contrast and usability to create a seamless experience through dark colors while maintaining Citibank’s look and feel.
